Using Play Money on Moon
Moon offers a Play Money mode that allows you to experience the platform and test trading strategies without using real funds.
What is Play Money?
Play Money is a simulated trading balance that lets you practice trading in a risk-free environment.
You can use Play Money to:
Learn how the platform works
Test trading strategies
Explore different markets
Practice using leverage and risk settings
No real funds are required to use Play Money.
How to Enable Play Money
You can enable Play Money at any time using the Play Money toggle located in the main menu dropdown.
Once enabled, your account will switch to Play Money mode and all trades will use your simulated balance instead of real funds.
Features Available in Play Money Mode
While using Play Money, you can access the same trading features available on the live platform, including:
Trading across supported markets
Using leverage
Setting profit and loss controls
Managing open positions
Exploring trading tools and features
This allows you to experience the full Moon trading environment without financial risk.
Refilling Your Play Money Balance
If you run out of Play Money, you can easily top up your balance back to $100,000 and continue trading.
There is no limit to how many times you can refill your Play Money balance.

Profits and losses in Play Money mode are simulated only
Market conditions may differ from live trading environments
